Write to the authority, together

When a building, a street or a club needs to tell the council, the landlord or the ministry the same thing, every member has to find the address, write the email and send it. Most never do. This turns that into one link.

Make a form for your community
  1. 1
The organizer sets it upSign in, enter who it goes to, write the email once, and add the fields that differ per person: name, unit number, language. Each can be required or optional, with a default.
  2. 2
Members get a linkwrite.pairharbor.com/<id>. No account, no app. The page shows the fields and nothing else.
  3. 3
Each member sends their own emailThey fill in the fields, press Generate, read the email, change what they want, and open it in their own mail app with one press. Or copy the address, subject and text and send it their way.
What is stored

Only the organizer's form: the recipient, the template and the field definitions. What a member types stays in their browser; the email is assembled there and leaves through their own mail app, so PairHarbor never sees their name, their unit or their words. The organizer sees nothing either, which is the point: the authority gets many emails from many people, not a list.
